This week, we’re delighted to share two brand new videos from cherished clients we think you’ll adore! The latest HIP Picks – Weekly Client Roundup is here; take a look at the videos, and learn more about the clips by reading below.
Brie Stoner has landed placements in national ads for Victoria’s Secret and shows like Orange is The New Black. She was also a co-host on the hit podcast Another Name for Everything with Richard Rohr (over 4 million listeners!) and now hosts her own podcast, Unknowing. “Loved Me Like A Weapon” (video directed by Logan Zillmer and Brie Stoner), from the upcoming album Me Veo, reckons the agony and heartbreak of escaping gaslighting.
Elsewhere is the punk/prog brainchild of Michael Aroian on guitar and vocals, along with drummer Adam Soucy and bassist Jay Raffi. As the band shifts towards more concept-driven work, “Life… is a Fraction: VI. Realization,” from their recent release Life… is a Fraction, is a tirade against moralist mind-controllers. The video (directed by Bill Fulkerson) democratizes Aroian’s personal journey, and shows an alternate female protagonist vehemently vlogging, fresh off some agonizing revelation.
