HIP bands to appear on WB show “Rockville, CA”

The show “Rockville, CA,” is coming to the WB.com next year, and it aims to put You Tube to shame.
Rather than watching grainy footage of your favorite bands on You Tube, WB.com is offering an alternative–watch your band play music in a fake club amidst a story line.

“Rockville, CA” is an internet drama series in which the soap opera overtones of “Gossip Girl” and indie music intertwine.

Some of our favorite HIP Video bands are scheduled to play on the show, including Frightened Rabbit, the Kooks, the Duke Spirit and The Little Ones.
