Have you picked up your copy of Depedro’s brand new album, Nubes de Papel? The LP hit music store shelves in the U.S. last week on Oct. 26 (and will be available worldwide on Nov. 8). Reviews have been pouring in on this Spanish singer-songwriter’s latest effort. His second album (like his first) was produced by Calexico’s Joey Burns, and it’s an excellent set combining a melodic indie-rock sensibility with flamenco, mariachi and other Latin styles, with the sound ranging from stripped down, acoustic-oriented folk with subtle electronic touches to lush, orchestrated arrangements with Spanish-tinged horns and strings.
So, what are you waiting for!?
