HIP Video Promo is proud to present Jaha, a contemporary artist with a talent that is like no other. While she has a sensational singing voice, she also captivates both young and mature audiences around the world with her refreshing and inspiring charismatic appeal. Her newest video clip “Tell the World” is a dynamic appeal for her worldwide audience to be amiable. As she always does, Jaha gives special attention to young people by promoting the power and importance of education, kindness and the idea that believing in yourself will take you a long way.

Jaha is the youngest of ten siblings and grew up in a household full of encouragement, as well as a love for performing arts. Her family’s front porch served as a community theater where relatives, friends, and neighbors from blocks away gathered to watch shows performed by Jaha’s family. While still in her youth, she developed an appreciation of music as she listened to her parent’s favorite artists such as, Ella Fitzgerald, Dave Brubeck, and Aretha Franklin, and her older sibling’s favorites from Elton John to Earth Wind and Fire. The exposure to so many styles of music gave Jaha a broad awareness and an ear for different music genres.

Along with performing during her early years, Jaha also developed a love and appreciation for children though she was still a child herself. As a teenager, life brought Jaha a series of severe trials. At age fourteen, she suffered the devastating loss of her mother due to chronic illness. At age fifteen she was a victim of domestic violence. Her boyfriend (at the time) shot her six times at point-blank range. After the shooting, doctors told her that more than likely she would not be able to dance again—however, she quickly recovered, and never lost her joy for dance, music or life.

Now, more than thirteen years after moving to New York, Jaha has established The Young Journey Foundation, a 501c3, non-profit organization based in New York dedicated to building excellent character in youths through the performing arts.

Jaha has just released the first single “Tell The World”, a pop inspirational song, and HIP Video Promo presents the inspirational clip for such an important movement. The clip is filled with upbeat dances and scenes and of youngsters and Jaha dazzling her audience in high voltages. The vibrant graphics and animation is a visual treat and only serves to enhance the message of the song! “Tell the World” is an ode to people around the world who needs a morale booster.
