Jamie Lidell, the explosive soul-singing phenomenon, is going out on-tour again! Look at the tour dates here. According to fans, Lidell is not someone you want to miss seeing live. Lidell has gained a reputation for improvising shows off the cuff. He mixes and layers tracks right in front of the audience’s eyes. The stage is his studio. Even the Grateful Dead didn’t improvise to this degree.
He performs music influenced by the smooth soul of Little Richard, Prince, and Sly Stone, and the bluesy Ray Charles, capturing his listeners with his talented, soaring vocals and bumping bass lines.
