South By Southwest has come and gone

Again, South By Southwest has passed into the sunset. It’s over, folks, until next year.
The turnout this year was impressive. A total of 2,000 artists brought their musicianship to Austin–according to CNN.com, that’s a hundred more than last year.

In addition to the dizzying maze of music that came alive in Austin last week, there were also serious and occasionally depressing panels. The panels that predicted the cutbacks and fate awaiting the music industry. See CNN.com.
