NYA lands on Billboard Adult Contemporary Chart with “The Real You”!

In 2017, we had the honor of partnering with Nya for the first time, promoting the video for her song “Let Go.” The Florida-born, Los Angeles-based creative had a significant breakthrough in sharing this irresistible single with her adoring audience that has grown more and more over the past five years. She continues to be a welcomed addition to modern pop culture. 

Now, in April 2022, Nya has achieved a major milestone in her singer-songwriter career: landing one of the top spots on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary chart with her latest release, “The Real You”!

The ballad-like single that climbed to the top quarter of the chart tells the story of a friend turned stranger. Hear, Nya reflects on the good times they had together and talks about the spoiled relationship that faded away due to the former friend turning over a new leaf or simply showing their true colors as time went on. 

Still in her teenage years when she made her musical debut, Nya has since made enormous progress in her career as an artist. She always found great inspiration from contemporary innovators, and with this notable stride, she is even closer to being a household name for her own contemporary artistry. Unafraid to experiment across various styles, from jazz and blues to acoustic and R&B, all of her releases so far have proven her to be a versatile talent with a promising career ahead.
