MilkBoy Cafe and Studio are one of the independent rock venues and recording studios keeping the engines of Philadelphia’s music scene thriving. Producer/engineer and owner of Milkyboy Cafe and Studio Tommy Joyner is now making music of his own: grown-up pop-rock in his band Pep Rally. In Pep Rally’s debut video “Turn The Radio Up (Own The Night)” (directed by Alex Siwik), Joyner features as an angel overseer to a pair of impossibly endearing cheerleaders.
