She’s built her reputation and worldwide following by demystifying yoga and making its benefits accessible to everybody.  In the eighteen years she’s been a public television fixture, she’s proven that yoga need not be intimidating. This clip, then, is a natural continuation of her work — just like her show, it embraces the viewer with open arms. To watch “Alive Forever” is to step into Wai Lana’s world: one suffused by calmness, balance, and bliss.
