Introducing Layla Kilolu

We’re going to start with a little word association. If we said Philippines, Sade, Depeche Mode, Las Vegas, Portishead, Los Angeles, and darkness you’d likely have a head scratcher moment. But once you dive into the world of Layla Kilolu, things start to come together. This self-proclaimed “citizen of the world” uses her own life experience of being born in Las Vegas, raised in the Philippines, and currently residing in Los Angeles to craft a dark and mysterious sound that not only raises your ears for a closer listen, but also may very well raise the hairs on the back of your neck!
